Hi, I’m Farzam
A curious UX/UI designer with a background in Architecture.

I'm interested in paying attention to details, assisting in solving new problems, and teamwork! But how did I understand all of this about myself?

A few years ago, when I started working in architecture, I realized that instead of implementing my ideas from the beginning, if I understand the customer's needs properly and then find solutions to the problem, I can satisfy the customer in a shorter time and complete the project. However, a crucial point that always bothered me in my architectural projects was that after the final execution, optimizing them based on the user's experience when starting to use that space in real-time isn't easy. Unfortunately, users sometimes have to live with issues related to those spaces for years.

Later, in launching an advertising studio and then an online parts-sourcing platform,
I discovered my ability to build a team. I was amazed by immersing myself in the problems of team members and engaging in solving those challenges. especially when I worked on that online platform I realized that beyond focusing on numbers, figures, and business economics, my concern was simplifying and improving the order process for customers and the team's supply process.

This was a turning point for me because it made me daily practice to improve their experience. By identifying team members' concerns as the system's users and finding the right solution through many iterations, I reduced the speed of the supply process. Besides, by observing their behavior and insights gathered from conversations, I also enhanced the visual environment of that platform to create a more pleasant experience. Ultimately, these experiences led to self-discovery and the courage to shift my career toward the exciting profession of UX/UI design.

Apart from design, I’m a car lover and closely follow Formula One. I also find joy in running, taking long walks in nature, and capturing moments through photography.
